Lou Leinhauser, Company Founder and President, Mr. Leinhauser established Big Bend Associates in 2001 as a security and technical consulting firm, serving both the public and private sectors. As company founder, Mr. Leinhauser has over 25 years of law enforcement experience. He has led investigations at both the federal, state and local level involving: organized crime, complex conspiracy and wiretap investigations, money laundering, international narcotic smuggling, asset forfeiture, white collar and consumer crime as well as death or serious injury investigation. Vicki Cutcliffe, Vice President of Investigative Services, has over 32 years of state and local law enforcement experience. Serving most recently as the Director of the Florida Division of Insurance Fraud, Ms. Cutcliffe brings expertise in the investigation of crimes associated with insurance claim fraud, insurance premium fraud, workers’ compensation claim fraud, workers’ compensation premium avoidance and diversions, and public adjuster fraud. Allen K. Nobles, Vice President/Program Manager over the forensic laser and mapping component, is a licensed land surveyor. Mr. Nobles brings over 30 years of experience in GPS/LIDAR mapping and laser scanning technology to Big Bend’s investigative services. His expertise in innovative forensic technology allows Big Bend Associates to provide accurate 3D mappings of accident, fire, and other incident scenes. Mr. Nobles is a certified expert courtroom witness, a certified education provider for mapping, and a recognized national speaker on laser scanning technologies. William P. Adams, P.E., Structural Engineer/Technical Specialist has 33 years experience in structural design, building damage assessment and repair. He has extensive experience in claims investigation with water, wind, fire, impact and decay damages. Mr. Adams is licensed as an engineer in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana .He is a certificated general contractor in Florida and a Special Inspector for large assembly or high rise buildings.
